We will meet in The Hub’s main green space and Aly Gray will lead us in a 60 minute workout!
Aly will guide you through a workout that is specifically designed for a female body! Not only will you feel fantastic after this hour of power but you’ll feel beach ready by working muscles that maybe haven’t been targeted before.
Get ready to experience a mix of cardio, Booty work, barre moves, upper body, abs, and a little Booty shaking to spice things up in the momma world.
What to bring: workout mat or large beach towel. 1-3Lb DB’s or 2 water bottles to hold if you can’t find those dumbbells. Plan to come around 9:00 and we will kick off the class at 9:30.
1 hr class $25. Your ticket also includes coffee from Nectar after the class.
