Florida-born, Christon Birge grew up in the small town of Vernon, just about 30 miles north of Panama City Beach. His country roots run deep, but his musical influences and favorite styles are what shape his unique sound.

Whether he’s performing an original track like “Sunscreen on You” or covering a Sugar Ray tune, his sound is all his own, and crosses genres effortlessly.

Christon’s passion for songwriting and performing began early. When he was 15 years old he saved enough money working on a watermelon farm to buy the two things he wanted most – a trick bike and a guitar.

Since then, Birge has gone on to win the 2014 Tootsies Birthday Bash, opening in Nashville, TN, for Kid Rock and Trick Pony, and earned a finalist spot in the 2019 Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam Southern Original.

His most recent studio release, “Best Friends Brings Beer” shows Birge’s versatility as he dabbles in beachy rock and roll vibes coupled with his authentic southern twang. The tune sets the tone for an optimistic year ahead, chock full of lyrics celebrating good times and good friends – best friends for that matter. The track has gone on to receive international country radio airplay.

When he’s not picking a guitar up and down the 30A corridor at venues like The Big Chill 30A, you can find him on the beach, building custom parts for his Trans Am, or watching MMA.
