WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

The Big Chill property opens depending on the morning events, please refer to the event calendar for more details. All restaurants and bars are open 11-10 pm. If you have any questions regarding the hours of operation for The Shops, please contact that specific shop for their hours of operation.

DO WE NEED A RESERVATION?

We do not take reservations. All restaurants and bars offer counter service with first come first serve seating.

CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL?

We do not allow outside food or beverage.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

^{There is parking in the main parking lot on the West end of the property and another lot behind the Shops at The Hub.  All parallel gravel parking within the neighborhood of Prominence (South of 30a) surrounding the Big Chill is also public parking.  Please do not park in or block any driveways.}

DO YOU DELIVER?

We do not deliver, but we have online ordering from Duos, Local Smoke, Mile Marker 15, and Tacklebox for on-site pickup.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased at any food and beverage outlet on-site or HERE online. Gift cards are valid at all food and beverage outlets (Nectar, Duos, Local Smoke, Mile Marker 15, Tacklebox, Freeze, and all bars)

WHAT GAME IS ON TONIGHT AND/OR ON THE JUMBOTRON?

CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?

We LOVE pups! Please be sure to keep them leashed at all times.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST BEACH ACCESS?

^{1 mile to the West is Deer Lake State Park access with restroom facilities and parking (fees to enter)}

^{1 mile to the East is a public access with no parking}

CAN WE HAVE A PARTY THERE?

No outside food or beverage is allowed, but please visit HERE to plan ahead and book your catering!

DO YOU HAVE LOST AND FOUND?

^{The lost and found is located in The Big Chill office at 24 Hub Lane, just behind Coast 30A.}

CAN I CHARGE MY GOLF CART?

We do not have any EV Charging Stations on site.
