Move, stretch, pose and breathe in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Our kids yoga classes have a mix of movement and mindfulness, incorporating playful yoga movements and postures, breathing exercises and calming techniques to develop focus, build strength and boost flexibility & coordination. Through fun yoga games and challenging sequences, children 5-12 will also learn how to self-regulate, manage stress and boost their self-esteem. Hosted on The Big Chill’s stage!
